By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Personalised Products
All products are custom-made and personalised according to the information provided by the customer.
Customers are responsible for ensuring:
- Names
- Dates
- Addresses
- Spelling
- Custom text
are entered correctly before placing an order.
We are not responsible for customer-submitted errors.
Natural Materials
Our products are made using natural slate and wood materials.
Variations in:
- Texture
- Grain
- Surface finish
- Edge shape
- Colour
are natural characteristics of the materials and are not considered defects.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the personalised nature of our products:
- Returns are not accepted
- Exchanges are not accepted
- Order cancellations may not be possible once production has started
Please ensure all order details are correct before purchasing.
Damaged Items
If an item arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
Once reviewed and approved, a replacement item will be provided.

All prices are listed in GBP (£).
Prices may change at any time without notice.

Our engraved products are intended for decorative use unless otherwise stated.
Limitation of Liability
